ANSZEL GLAZER With deepest sorrow the Glazer family announces the passing of Anszel Glazer, aged 94 years, on Sunday, November 16, 2008 in Winnipeg. Anszel Glazer was the devoted and beloved husband of the late Peggy Glazer. He was the loving father of Herb, Sheila and Martin and was the proud grandfather of Tara, Carrie, Patti, Mark, Shayna and Rebecca and great- grandfather of Devin. Anszel Glazer was a Holocaust survivor and pious Orthodox Jew who inspired everyone to embrace yiddishkeit and to do mitzvot. After his wife passed away in 1992, Anszel Glazer lived with his son and daughter-in-law Martin and Rhonda and their children until he passed away. Anszel Glazer's life was characterized by his unselfish love and devotion to his family. His gentle manner, good nature and kind heart were felt by everyone who knew him. He will be remembered and deeply missed forever. Funeral services were officiated by Rabbi A. Altein and held on Monday, November 17, 2008 at the Chesed Shel Emes Chapel with burial at the Hebrew Sick Cemetery.
