Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLLOYD DOUGLAS MONKMAN It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing Lloyd Monkman on Friday, December 19, 2008 Lloyd was predeceased by his parents Oliver and Charlotte. Also his siblings brother Norman in 2000 and just a one month ago, he lost his sister Rita. Lloyd is survived by his sisters Mary (Edward) Chuhai of Balmertown, Ontario and Thelma Hourie of Campbell River, BC; brothers Murdoch (Mary) Monkman of Edmonton, AB and Gordon (Ann) Monkman of Australia; two nieces in Selkirk, Manitoba, Rhonda (Trevor) McMahon and Lisa McKenzie and also nephew Arthur Monkman of Kamloops, BC. He also leaves numerous other nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the Selkirk and District General Hospital Emergency for the care of our uncle. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk, Manitoba with Rev. Brad Elliott officiating. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
