THERESE DESROSIERS (nee GAUTHIER) Peacefully on January 1, 2009, Therese Desrosiers (nee Gauthier) passed away. She was a very lively and courageous woman who lived life to its fullest and never complained despite living with the challenges of scleroderma for over 40 years. Therese enjoyed having fun and a good time. She was an inspiration to all of those who knew her. Mom will be very sadly missed by her daughter, Viviane Sibbald (Greg), cherished grandchildren, Chantal, Lauren and Jordan Sibbald and her son, Marcel Desrosiers who all loved her very much. Therese also leaves to mourn her sisters, Celine Cattelier and Jacqueline VanKriken. She was predeceased by her husband Lucien Desrosiers, daughter Gisele Lee, sister Denise Gagnon and brother Henri Gauthier. Therese was born and raised in Ste. Agathe, Manitoba and was the daughter of the late Ferdinand and Corinne Gauthier. Funeral service will be held at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd, Tuesday, January 6, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, if so desired donations may be made to Foyer Valade, 450 River Ave., Winnipeg R2M 5M4 where Therese resided for the last seven months.
