ROMAN DELEON It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Roman DeLeon, on January 4, 2009, at the Seven Oaks Hospital, at the age of 93 years. He was predeceased by his son Pablo; and will be lovingly remembered by his three daughters, Margarita (Eduardo Pangilinan), Honorata and Maxima; his grandchildren, Edgar (Malyn), Edna (Edwin), Edma (Gord), Elmer (Dawn), Edwina (Andrew), Edwin (Grace), Edgie (Glen) and Melissa; he will also be remembered by his 17 great-grandchildren and sadly missed by the Filipino Community in the Philippines, Vancouver and the United States. Lamay will be held at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., on Thursday, January 8, 2009 and Friday, January 9, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until midnight. Funeral service will be held at St. Peters Church (748 Keewatin Street) at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2009 with interment to follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens.
