THERESA (TERRY) FEAL 1920 - 2009 On March 1st surrounded by her children Theresa passed away to join her beloved Albert in heaven. Theresa (Terry) was devoted to her family and faith. Her strong faith to the Virgin Mary, the Mother of Perpetual Help, gave her strength as witnessed by her family and friends in everyday miracles. Terry loved her gardens, canning fresh fruit and vegetables, cooking big family dinners, going to church, knitting afghans for everybody. Her character was all about the quiet strength and grace that took her through the last weeks of her life - she laughed with us at every opportunity. Mom lived for her family of nine, she worried about us all and was always there for us. Her leadership has shaped us, her laughter will echo on and her love will last forever. Theresa was predeceased by her parents Alfred and Marie Fleury, her siblings Alfred, Betty, Alex, Charlie, and Rene. Theresa is lovingly remembered by her children Joan and Fern Desilets, Greg and Laurel Feal, Gail and Jack Van Dyck, Janice Marshall, Lee-Ann and Terry Bowe, Patrick and Theresa Feal, Cheryl and Don Hedley, Linda and Shawn Young, Dana Feal and Kathy Misurka-Feal, her sisters Agnes, Gertrude, Ida, Irene, Jean, brother George, 14 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Prayer Service will be held at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 DesMeurons Street on Wednesday, March 4th at 7:00 p.m. Memorial Service will be held at St. Francois Xavier Roman Catholic Church, on Thursday, March 5th, at 2:00 p.m. Special thanks to the staff of the St. Norbert Personal Care Home who cared for mom with compassion.
