FLORENCE BERNADETTE MCKAY November 7, 1959 - March 26, 2009 It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved sister Florence who passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 26, 2009. Florence was predeceased by her parents, Roger (2002) and Mary Jane (2000); sister, Joyce (2001); brothers, Raymond (1973), Wallace (1995), and Robert (1998); nephews, Raymond (1988), Gregory (1976), and Dwayne (1982). Florence leaves to mourn her passing, siblings, Virginia (Ben), Flora, Ron (Sylvia), Harvey (Delores), Douglas, Rose, Roger, and Cecilia (Dale); son Brendon, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Florence was a good natured, loving and caring person; she enjoyed helping the elderly and loved to spend time with her nieces and nephews. She will be lovingly remembered as a kind hearted woman with a generous spirit who always gave what she could to others. A service was held at Cropo Funeral Chapel on Sunday, March 29, 2009. Honorary Pallbearers will be sisters, Cecilia McKay, Rose McKay; and nieces, Mary Rose (Sandy), Sherry McKay, Stephanie McKay, Michelle McKay and Pam McKay.
