Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGIA LILY LUCAS October 6, 2008 - April 21, 2009 Peacefully in her mother's arms, Georgia passed away at home on Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Georgia will be lovingly remembered by Mom and Dad (Kristen and Mike); sisters Calla and Maya; Grandma and Grumpa (Betty and Jack), Grandpa Bob as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Georgia will be welcomed by her loving Grandma Wendy who has been waiting for her in Heaven. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 27, 2009 also at Glen Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this difficult journey. Special thanks to the PICU team at Children's Hospital and to her amazing Palliative Care team (Dr. Mike Harlos, Simone Stenekes, Dr. Chris Hohl and Dr. David Lambert). In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Georgia's memory to Children's Hospital.
