Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES BARRY KERR Suddenly, at home on Saturday, May 16, 2009 with profound sadness we announce the passing of an extraordinary man at the age of 62. Barry will be sadly missed by his loving wife Barbara. Daughters Kelly and Gail. Sons Russell (Svetlana) and Cliff (Julie). Grandchildren Marc, Paul, Matthew, Tayler, Dylan and Yael. Brother Don. Nephew Chris (Tracy). Niece Kathy. Sisters in law Elaine (Robert) and Gail (Mike). Brothers in law Jack (Mary) and Doug (Silvia). And many more relatives and friends. Barry was predeceased by his parents Roy and Mena Kerr, granddaughter Angel Ridge and sister in law Edith Kerr. Barry worked his whole life in the printing industry. Most recently with the Winnipeg Free Press as a printer. Barry was very talented and will always be remembered by his paintings and carvings. He also loved music and played the guitar and banjo. As a young man, he taught drums at Kolts Music and played drums in a band. Barry always enjoyed a visit from family and friends and sharing a beer or two. A celebration of Barry's life will be held on Friday, May 29, 2009 in a Private Room at the St. James Bowling Lanes, 1805 Portage Avenue at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
