Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryESKIL WILHELM ANDERSON Peacefully, on May 21, 2009, Eskil Bill Anderson passed away, aged 93. Predeceased by his wife Olive in 2007, Eskil leaves to mourn his passing three children Evelyne, William and Beverley; eight grand-children; six great-grandchildren; two sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. Eskil was a proud Canadian with a dry sense of humour. He served his country in the Second World War and the Korean War. Eskil retired after 30 years of service with the City of Winnipeg. Eskil and Olive enjoyed travelling the world in their later years, and were active five pin bowlers into their 80s. Eskil's family would like to thank everyone at the Health Sciences Centre for doing such a good job with him in his final days. The family is also extremely grateful for the excellent care Eskil received from all the staff at Central Park Nursing Home. A private interment will take place at a later date.
