OLGA ELFRIEDE HYL It is with sadness that I announce the passing of my Mother in the early hours of last Saturday morning. My Mom always faced life with great courage and a determined spirit of independence. She was a talented seamstress, having been taught in Jaegerndorf, Czechoslovakia, the city of her birth. My Parents immigrated to Canada from Germany in 1954. Mutti was predeceased by my Dad in 1994 and leaves to cherish her memory, by myself, Hanna and dear husband Ken Lailey, our son Jeffrey and his wife Laureen and their two sons, Branden and Cameron, as well as good friends and extended family members in Germany, especially Onkel Fritz. A special thank you to Auntie Jean for always being there. A special thank you also to all of the health care staff at the Victoria General Hospital and the St. Boniface General Hospital for the special care that was given to my Mother by all, at all times. In keeping with my Mother's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity. Muttele, jetzt bist Du wieder mit Papa. Danke fuer Alles. THOMSON FUNERAL HOME 669 BROADWAY, WINNIPEG, MB R3C OX4 783-7211 Send expressions of sympathy at www.mem.com
