Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDITH PFEIFER Edith Pfeifer, a resident of Winnipeg for almost 55 years, died on May 24, 2009 at the age of 85. She is survived by her sons Karl Pfeifer (now living in Saskatoon) and Hans Wiebe, and her daughter Ursula Byron, and their families. Edith was born in Lübeck, Germany on October 17, 1923 and immigrated to Canada in 1954. She will be sadly missed by her friends Jean and Al and their family. Special thanks to the staff at Poseidon Care Centre for the attention they gave Edith. In accordance with her wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral ceremony; her cremains will be dispersed privately in a natural setting.
