SANDY EWING 1949 - 2009 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of our loving wife, mother and grandmother, Sandy Ewing, on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at the age of 60 years. Left to cherish her loving memory are her husband Larry, three sons Brent (Kirsten), Scott (Amber) and Chris, two grandchildren Kristina and Isabelle, mother Winnie, aunt Edie, grand dogs Casey and Tucker as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Sandy was born and raised in East Kildonan, graduating from Miles Mac High School. She worked at central registry for the Winnipeg Police Department before becoming a stay at home mother, running her own daycare. Other than her family, her flower garden at the lake was her pride and joy. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2009, at 7:00 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 211 Kimberly Avenue. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Sandy's name to the Winnipeg Humane Society or to CancerCare Manitoba. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111
