How painful it is to lose you No one could even imagine A part of us went with you You left a huge void in our lives. What we would give to see your face, hear your voice, Give you a hug, hold your hand How we wish that you were still here. You had so much to live for Your hopes, dreams and favourite things, And a lifetime yet to live But life's unfair and you're not here It wasn't supposed to be this way. We have so many regrets So many things were left unsaid, We hope you knew how much we cared. Such beautiful memories you left behind Your laughter, quick wit, your smiling face, Your sense of humour and thoughtful ways So many happy times and special days. You are the sun, you are the rain We feel your presence everywhere. You were our reason for living You made our lives complete.
