MARIAN (ZDEBIAK) DRYNAN October 27, 1913 - August 15, 2009 It is with sadness, and endless love that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother at the age of 95 years. She was predeceased by her two sisters, Marge, and Rene. Marian leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters, Helen (Hank), Doreen (Ray), youngest sister, Stanna, 14 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 31 great-great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was a wonderful Mother, Nanny, and friend and will be missed by everyone. The last years of Mom's life were difficult but we will remember our Mother as the kind and generous soul that God blessed us with. To know Mom was to appreciate her talents and passions: her wonderful flare for fashion, her excellent cooking, her love for fishing, music and her kind heart towards animals. However, her greatest joy arose from her role as Nanny . Our heartfelt thanks goes out to the staff of River East Personal Care Home who provided our dear Mom with such loving care these past 16 years. A Funeral Service will be held at Mosaic Funeral Services located at 1839 Inkster Boulevard on Wednesday, August 19, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. with viewing taking place one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Holy Ghost Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if family and friends so desire, donations may be made to the River East Personal Care Home, 1375 Molson Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2K 1E4.
