DARLENE L. SCOTT It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Darlene Scott, 67, peacefully in her home on Sunday, August 16, 2009 with both her daughters at her side. Darlene will be missed and remembered by her two daughters, Collena Ridler and Teresa Scott, her four grandchildren, Faith and Meadow Scott, Izaac and Jessica Ridler, and other family and friends including her two brothers Larry and Dwayne Lesack. She was a very strong and beautiful woman; she has been called a Spartan by her family for her strength, courage, and beauty. We would like to thank everyone who showed their support, she has mentioned how much it meant to know people cared about her. At Darlene's wishes, a reception will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2009 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). In lieu of flowers, Darlene would like donations to be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society. GLEN LAWN FUNERAL HOME 982-7550
