Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSE LEWANDOSKI Rose Lewandoski of Sandy Lake passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at the Minnedosa Health Centre at the age of 93 years. Rose is survived by her children: Robert (Linda) of Sandy Lake, Raymond (Lucille) of Sandy Lake, Richard (Bonnie) of Sandy Lake, Dennis (Laverne) of Fort McMurray, Alberta, and Gloria Campbell of Dauphin; son-in-law, Avery (Red) Liebing of Sandy Lake; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters: Jean (Berney) Roth of Hays, Kansas, and Marika (Jim) McDonald of Calgary, Alberta brother-in-law, Pete Soltys of Sandy Lake and sisters-in-law Shirley Millenchuk of Sandy Lake and Mary Millenchuk of Sandy Lake. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at the Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church, Sandy Lake, with interment following in the parish cemetery. Prayers will be said from the church Friday evening at 7:30 p.m. Father Emil Kardasinec will officiate. Rose's wish was, if friends so desire, donations may be made to the Sandy Lake Endowment Fund.
