HAROLD DOMINICO CHIARELLA It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our father Harold Dominico Chiarella on Monday, October 26, 2009 at the age of 80. Dad will always be lovingly remembered by his family: daughter Dianne (Ernie), son Wayne (Suzanne), grandchildren and great-grand- children, and his three brothers and their families. Harold was predeceased by his parents Dominico and Georgina, his childhood sweetheart and wife of 30 years Lillian, and his loving second wife Maria of 21 years. Dad was born in Winnipeg, working for a time with the Railroad and Kraft Foods. From there he joined the Winnipeg Police Force retiring after many years of service. Dad also had businesses in a Laundromat and Wonder Coin Car Wash. Dad's interest was target shooting and ballroom dancing where he won many awards. He loved singing in the choir and belonged to an antique car club. Dad will be sadly missed by all who loved and knew him. A special thanks to all the staff and volunteers at the Golden West Centennial Lodge especially the 3rd floor. Funeral service will be held at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue on Friday, October 30, 2009 at 12:30 p.m. Viewing will be at noon with interment following the service. Pallbearers are: Dan Bernaerdt, Clinton and Sean Chiarella, Bill and Tony Georgakopoulos and Joe Wojakowski. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army, P.O.
