BILL PICKARD March 1940 - December 2009 Beloved Dad / Husband / Grandad / Father-in-law It is with great sadness that we notify of the passing of Bill Pickard after a very sudden and quick bout of illness. We will always remember his love of family and friends especially his grandkids, Kate and Cole; sister Barb Daly (Jim); niece Robbin Flynn; and nephews, Jeff, Brian and Tim Daly. He had many friends and acquaintances who could always count on him for anything. Some of his favourite things were cheering for the Bombers, Jets or anything Canadian and the lake. He loved nature and was respectful of all. His favourite thing of all was his grandchildren, Kate and Cole, they brought a joy to his life that was unmatched. We will miss you so much as you left us much too soon. At his request, cremation has taken place and no service will be held. I was so sorry to read of Bill's passing. Although we didn't speak often , our conversations were always so cheerful and informative. I will always remember his mom telling me how pleased she was that he was such a nice man. Having my own son now, I understand how important that is to a mother.
