SUSAN TERESA PERRY April 24, 1964 - December 18, 2009 It is with great sadness that Susan's family announces her passing on December 18, 2009 in Winnipeg, aged 45 years. Predeceased by her parents, Stephanie and Bernard, Susan is survived by her brothers, Kirk and Kenn; sisters, Alison Askewe (Robert) and Deborah; and loving niece Sarah Perry-Wolbaum (Curtis), as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Susan grew up in Fort Garry, graduating from Vincent Massey Collegiate and going on to attend the University of Winnipeg. Susan faced many challenges but she also fulfilled many dreams, creating and exploring in the worlds of dance, theatre and most significantly, music. A talented musician and singer/songwriter, Susan had to relinquish her piano but kept up her singing for many years after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Susan will be missed for her spirit and intelligence, her music, and unforgettable smile. The family thanks the caring staff on 5 East at Deer Lodge Centre. Service to be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2009, 12:30 p.m. at Neil Bardal Inc., 3030 Notre Dame Ave. (across from Brookside Cemetery). Interment to follow at Thompson In the Park Cemetery.
