Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryZBIGNIEW (ZIGGY) SCIBOR Zbigniew Scibor passed away peacefully at home in Surrey, BC on December 31, 2009 at the age of 67. Predeceased by his parents, Rudolf and Anna of Poland, he will be greatly missed by his loving family: wife Irena, and daughters Beata and Yolanta (Robert). Ziggy also leaves behind family in Poland and Canada. Our memories of Dad will be passed along to his two grandchildren in Ethiopia, soon to join our family, that will not have the privilege of knowing him personally. Ziggy was born in Krakow, Poland, where he became an architect, and moved to Canada pursuing his passion building homes and furniture. He was happiest creating beautiful things in his garage, up to his elbows in sawdust, and listening to classical music and opera. Funeral to be held on Friday, January 8, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Matthews Roman Catholic Parish in Surrey.
