VIKTORIA KNELLER On Friday, January 8, 2010, Vicky passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital. Born in Germany on September 23, 1926, Vicky left a difficult life there and immigrated to Canada with her young son. Predeceased by both her parents at the age of four, Vicky was separated from her two sisters and only reunited with them as adults. She was also predeceased by her husband, her only son and one sister in Germany. Vicky is survived by two grandsons, four great-grandchildren, one sister in Germany, two nieces, one nephew and numerous friends. Vicky was talented with her hands and enjoyed gardening and cooking. She also took pleasure in outings with friends to restaurants and shopping. Thank you to the 6th floor staff at St. Boniface Hospital for taking good care of Vicky during her last two weeks. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, January 15, at St. Emile Church, 556 St. Anne's Road at 11:00 a.m. with viewing at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, P.O.
