TADEUSZ PLAZAK January 30, 1923 - January 18, 2010 It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Tadeusz Tad Plazak on January 18, 2010 at St. Boniface Hospital. Tad was born in Pinsk, Poland and was predeceased by his parents Julusz and Zygmunta. He is survived by his wife Rozalia, son Zygmunt Plazak, daughter Wanda Wilson (Dave), and grandsons Michael and Alex. Prayers will be held at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, January 21, 2010 at Mary Mother of the Church, 85 Kirkbridge Drive. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 22, 2010 at Mary Mother of the Church with a reception to follow. Interment will take place in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., following the reception. Family wishes to acknowledge the emergency staff at Victoria General Hospital and Dr. Jassal's team of doctors and nurses at St. Boniface General Hospital (ICU department).
