MARTHA (MARTY) FAULKNER It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Martha (Marty) Faulkner, beloved mother of David, Linda (Richard) Zajac, and grandmother of Adrienne and Charlotte (Jason) Uskalo, and great-grandmother of Nicholas and Vincent. She was predeceased by her husband Victor in 2007. Marty was born in Poland and immigrated with her family to Winnipeg in 1928. She grew up here and met her husband Vic in 1942. Mom worked at Eatons for 18 years, and when she and dad retired, they spent most of their time at the cottage in Petersfield. They enjoyed being with their grandchildren and playing cards with friends and family. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2010 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street. Special thanks to all the staff at Riverview Health Centre E Wing. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111
