Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVIOLET MAXINE ROUBLE-LAZARENKO August 5, 1937 February 29, 2004 You had a strong passion to write stories and poetry, which gave you an opportunity to express yourself and hopefully inspire others. This is one of Violet's poems printed in Heartland Voice, Winnipeg Free Press - 1995; Wistful Sometimes I wish that I Could fly Up into the soft clouds of that unpredictable sky I'd try To curtail this adventure To spy On the universe --- of course The moment must be right or I would have taken flight Soaring into the heights Like a bird of might Going south from north West to east Just back and forth Or allowing the wind to direct me on its breast Tossing about Like the leaves in an Autumn sky Or blowing me around as Ole Man Winter has his joy Oh Boy! If only I could fly! What an adventure out there In that wonderful sky The moments I would Be able to share Up there --- I would just stare At the great world around me I know If only I could fly On a somber note, you showed you were a sur VI vor when you were beaten, betrayed, abandoned and almost died at an earlier time in your life. I know you are far away but I hug you and send you a kiss and my love everyday. We miss everything about you and you are carried in our hearts forever. Love always, Sister Gloryia, Brother-in-Law Dennis, Nephew and Godson Shawn, Colleen, Kyia and Best Friend B.F. in Edmonton XOXOXO Vichnaya Pamyat I hope you and mama are now together.
