Lovingly remembered by daughter Leona (Don) Puhach, grandson Chris (Carolynn) Puhach, granddaughter Charmaine (Shawn) Mackid, great-grandchildren Ashley and Joshua Puhach. As per mom's wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
