THELMA EVELYN GRAHAM Born on December 22, 1916 in Dauphin, MB, Thelma Evelyn Graham (nee Fairman) passed away on Saturday, March 20, 2010 in Edmonton, AB. Thelma will be forever loved and cherished by her family: daughter Beverly Graham, son-in-law Neils Rasmussen, granddaughter Annalisa Rasmussen, grandson Erik Rasmussen, daughter Lois Schreiner, grandson Karl Schreiner, brother Harvey Fairman, and numerous nieces and nephews. Thelma was predeceased by her husband Newton, and her sisters, Opal and Olive. Thelma started her career at Eatons in Winnipeg and later moved to Edmonton where she married Newton Graham. She was a longtime member of Ritchie United Church and the Trekkers. Thelma was an active member of the U.C.W. at Ritchie United who volunteered on many occasions. She was well loved by friends and neighbours. The family wishes to thank the Ottewell Lodge and the staff on Unit 29 at the Royal Alexandra Hospital for their care and support and a special thank you to Joy and Ken McNeill. At Thelma's request, a private cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
