BETTY LOUISE PEARSON (nee ROSE) November 9, 1930 - March 15, 2010 A few months shy of her 80th birthday, Mom passed away peacefully with her children by her side. Husband Jack, parents Wilfred and Pearl Rose, infant daughter Diane Elizabeth and sister June, predeceased Mom. Mom will be lovingly remembered by her children Carol Alexander (David), Wendy Granger (Barry), Debbie Dunlop (David), Wilfred Atkinson, Heather Wallman (Kurt) and Dwight Pearson, grandchildren Jenna, Jason, Joanna, Megan, Shane, Kim, Shannon, Gloria and Jeremy, great-grandchildren Emily, Connor and Piper, her loving brothers, Don (Sherril), Warren (Mona), Gerry (Cecilia), faithful companion Echo, and the many family and friends whose hearts she touched. Mom lived the majority of her life in Winnipeg, MB and at the time of her passing resided in Kelowna, BC. Her life touched the hearts of all who knew her and she leaves behind a legacy of love. Special Thanks to Marya and the staff of Kelowna General Hospital who attended her in her final days, Springfield Funeral Home, Church of Christ Family and her dear friends from Shasta Park. At Mom's request a special Celebration of her life will be held in Manitoba later this summer. May the Lord Bless you and keep you and make His light to shine upon you....
