JEAN FLORENCE KELLENDONK September 21, 1928 - March 30, 2010 On Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at the Pinawa Hospital in Pinawa, Manitoba, Jean Kellendonk, an extraordinary woman of great courage and much loved mother of Cindy (Tom) and grandmother of Carly, left us to travel on her next journey. Jean's incredible will and unfailing humour while facing her many challenges were an inspiration all through her spirited endeavour to stay with us for as long as she could. She never complained and viewed each day as a gift. Jean will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends and particularly by her granddaughter who loved her Graham Cracker so much. Jean is also survived by sons, Wayne and Kit and their families; son David's family and daughter Candace's family. Jean was predeceased by her parents, Adriana and David; loving husband Bob; daughter Candace and son David. In compliance with Jean's wishes, a private celebration of her life will be celebrated at a later date. We wish to extend great thanks to the doctors, staff and EMS providers of Pinawa Hospital who not only provided medical care but also truly cared about Jean. Special thanks to the spiritual councillors for their guidance and encouragement and being there whenever needed. They were all so wonderful. In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to remember Jean may make a donation in her name to the Lac du Bonnet District Charitable Foundation Inc., P.O. Box 744, Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba, R0E 1A0, or a charity of one's choice. When God leads you to the edge of the cliff, trust Him fully and let go, either He'll catch you when you fall, or He'll teach you how to fly!
