TOM MELNICK It is with great sadness the family of Tom Melnick announce that he passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 8, 2010. A memorial service will be held in Calgary on April 16, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Pierson's Funeral Home, 4121 - 17th S.E. Ave. In Tom's memory, a donation can be made to The Mustard Seed, 102 - 11th Ave. S.E., Calgary, AB, T2G 0X5.

Tom and I met in the late 70's. We worked together at Sir John's in Polo Park, Wpg, Mb. We dated and lived together for a while. We went to Russel to visit his family, older sister (sorry I forgot name) and younger sister Dorthy. Also met his brother Joe in Wpg. We were very young and had good times, but eventually went our separate ways. We lost contact, except for his occasional whereabouts through a mutual friend. I thought about Tom throughout the years and was very sad to find out that he has passed away. My prayers and condolence to his family.
