MARGARET VICTORIA MADDEN (nee SEEKINGS) On Friday, April 9, 2010, Margaret Victoria Madden age 90 passed away peacefully at Bethesda Place in Steinbach. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Lori (Clark Penner), daughter-in-law Donna Gravalin; grandchildren Tammy (Gerry Gunkel), Dave Gravalin (Nancy), Teri (Bruce Weigel), Vickie (Bill Schmitt), Valerie (Steve Hoff), 12 great grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Kay Westmore, Flo (Ken Ouelette), Myrtle (Len Poersch) and one brother Trueman Seekings (Gerri). Mom was predeceased by two husbands, Ed Gravalin and Harry Madden, two sons Robert and Garry, two sisters Elsie Francis and Em Duffy, three brothers Albert, Bill and Fred. The family would like to thank Dr. Wilf Kaethler and Dr. Dan Ilchyna along with all the nursing staff at both Bethesda Place and Bethesda Hospital for the wonderful care and love they showed Mom over the years. And to Mom's trusted friend, Larry Hirst, Chaplain at Bethesda Place, Thank You for looking after Mom's spiritual needs. Angels truly walk among us . A memorial service celebrating Marg's life will take place, Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB.
