Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANCIS (FRANK) E. SPEARING Francis (Frank) E. Spearing passed away on April 12, 2010 in Concordia Hospital. Frank, who was predeceased by his first wife Freda, leaves behind wife Dorothy, his son David and daughterin-law Lilian, stepdaughter Linda and husband Brian, stepson Jim and wife Sandy and his sister Ruth and her husband Ken Brown. Remembering Frank (Pop) are grandsons, Gordon (and wife Tracy), Kevin (and wife Beverly), Allan (and wife Tiesha), Corrie (and wife Janine), Philip and granddaughters, Karyn (and husband Kelly) and Pamela and many great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces. Born in 1917, Frank lived in England from 1945 to 1970 before returning to Canada (Ontario) and then to Winnipeg in 1999. A memorial service followed by a brief reception will be at held at Klassen Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 20 followed by cremation.
