Toby was predeceased by his wife, Alice on November 23, 2007. He is survived by three daughters, one son and their families. Viewing will take place Wednesday, April 21, 7:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfield Drive, Steinbach MB. A celebration of Toby's life will take place Thursday, April 22 at 2:00 p.m. at the Evangelical Mennonite Church, 422 Main Street, Steinbach.
