ANNE CUMMINGS (nee Chubey) Peacefully in Toronto in her 88th year. Devoted wife of William Banias (deceased 1972) and Raymond Cummings (deceased 1995). She leaves a loving daughter, Carolyne, and a cherished son-in-law, Michael, as well as family and friends across the country. Anne was known for her open and warm hospitality, genuine caring for others, sense of style, and wonderful perennial gardens. The family would like to thank the staff at Fellowship Towers in Toronto for the dedicated care and comfort they provided. Cremation has taken place in Toronto per Anne's wishes A service to celebrate her life will be held at her chosen resting place, Glen Eden Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul, Manitoba, on Monday, April 26, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, family and friends wishing to honour her memory may make donations to The Fellowship Towers Foundation, 877 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON, M4W 3M2. Carolyne and Michael: Sorry for you loss - I knew your Mom had relocated to TO, but thought maybe we would hear from her one day, but not to be.
