Date of Passing: Apr 20, 2010
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARK LANGAN With deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of our beloved father, grandfather, husband, brother and friend, Mark Langan on April 20, 2010. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him, but especially his daughter Shelley; son Clinton Mark; son-in-law Brad; daughter-in-law Lisa; grandchildren Christopher Mark, Olivia and Aimie, wife Marilyn; brother Clifford and devoted friend Barb. Mark ( Valee ) was born on October 27, 1942 in Boggy Creek, Manitoba. He began a life-long career as a boilermaker with the Local 555 in 1969 and went on to hold the position of vice-president of the Union until his retirement in 2002. Nothing made him happier than a warm summer day on the golf course and a big piece of his homemade apple pie. We will miss his happy spirit and know that we are all the better for having been part of his life. To honour Mark a memorial gathering will be held on Monday, April 26 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment will take place in early June in San Clara, Manitoba. An announcement will be made closer to that date. In lieu of flowers, if so desired, donations may be made in Mark's memory to a charity of your choice. 586-8044
