ROBERT CLARK Robert Clark, aged 68 years, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2010 at the Beausejour Hospital. He was born in Scotland on December 8, 1941 and came to Canada with his parents in 1957. He worked at Tully's Farm in Portage la Prairie and then moved to Highland Glen and worked in the area. He moved to Beausejour in the late 1970s and became a resident of East Lodge in the early 1980s until his recent passing. Robert was predeceased by his father Jimmy Clark, mother Christina Keith, step-father George Keith and brother John Grey. He is survived by his sister Gwen (Dave) Lishman in England; brothers Henry (Elsa) Clark in Ontario, George Keith, Christopher Keith (Janet) and Elsie Keith; his nieces Sandy (Todd), Christina (Adrian), Teresa (Mark) and his nephew David; great-nephews Ryan and Brody and great-nieces Alexis and Stephanie. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 30 at the Sobering Funeral Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Deacon Bill Woodbeck presiding. Interment will follow in the Beausejour Town Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff of East Gate Lodge for their wonderful care given to Uncle Robbie over the many years and to the doctors and staff of the Beausejour Hospital for their care and comfort in his last day with us.
