CARL H. KLIMPKE It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Carl Klimpke on Wednesday, April 28 2010 at the age of 97. He leaves to celebrate his life, wife Wilhelmina (nee Hartenberg) 98 years, his two children Joy (Don) and Bruce (Shelley); grandchildren Lindsay, Kristin, Ryan, Lee and Vanessa; one brother John (Sophie) and numerous nephews and nieces. Carl was predeceased by his parents Fritz and Maria Klimpke; brothers Bill, Fred, Ed, George and Walter and his sisters Madeline, Louise, Martha and Anne. Cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial service at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook Street. The family wishes to thank all of the staff at the Charleswood Care Center for their kindness and compassion during this difficult time.
