GWEN NAULT (nee ELMHIRST) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing on April 27, 2010 at the St. Boniface Hospital of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and dear friend, after a brief illness. Gwen will be deeply missed by all who knew her, especially by her husband of 51 years, Rene, this was truly a marriage of love and commitment. Gwen's commitment, kindness and gracious nature will continue to shine in the many lives of the people she came into contact with. Gwen was always involved in something whether it was volunteering at the local school or local community club, to being a member or president on numerous boards throughout her life. We are all truly blessed to have had this incredible woman present in our lives. To honour Gwen's wishes, a funeral will not be held, but a celebration of her life will be held at Dugald Community Club, 544 Holland in Dugald, MB on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff on the palliative care unit at St. Boniface Hospital. Flowers are gratefully declined, should friends so desire, please make donations to CancerCare. Thank you to Wheeler's Funeral Home for all your help at this difficult time.
