Pauline and I were neighbours and our parents were close friends. I think they wanted to arrange a marriage for us. Be that as it may, while we never married, Pauline and I used to play together as kids and had great fun together. I have many memories of her. The last time I saw her was in 1969, playing Joplin & Zappa in her room on Arden. I had always hoped to see her again, if only to talk about the good times of our childhood. It was finding that her parents had passed away that prompted me to try to find her and wish her condolences, only to find this obituary. Even though I hadn't seen her in 44 years, I thought of her often over those years and was devastated to think that a meeting I looked forward to my whole life would never take place. I wish the family the most solemn of condolences as I feel their grief. We will all miss her. - Posted by: Jim Sinclair (childhood friend) on: May 12, 2013
