GORDON MENARD FAVELL Peacefully, after a courageous battle with kidney disease, Gord passed away at the Victoria Hospital on May 5, 2010. Gord is predeceased by his mother Irene Person, his sister Mildred Anderson and at an early age, his father Walter Menard. He will be lovingly missed by his wife of 53 years, Audrey; his two daughters, Dianne (Scott) and Jan (Ken); and his four grandchildren, Jordan (Anita), Kim (fiancée John), Jenn (Ronnie) and Chris. His grandchildren were his special pride and joy. Gord worked as a manufacturing agent for over 45 years starting as owner of Brock Agencies and then continuing with Conso, Sheftex and Dorel. The family would like to thank everyone for all their love and support and especially Ruby and Gordie Kalian and the doctors, nurses and staff on the 5th floor of the Victoria Hospital. At Gord's request, a private family ceremony celebrating his life will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to a charity of one's choice.
