Brian was good enough to play in the bigs, ...Drafted by the New York Rangers, however a knee injury kept him from MSG ... Still an outstanding Jr. Career & as all the players on the St. Boniface Saints will tell you,.. A great coach & a friend. Built a good life for his family & himself, & though this is now a few years from his far too young passing, ...It's still relevant. A good friend to so many,... always. - Posted by: Garth Felske (Brother in-law ) on: May 13, 2020

Lori - I hung out with Brian in East Kildonan and went to all the dances in Winnipeg and of course all the girls wanted to dance with him, he was very good looking so he had his pick, we went to Miles MacDonell with Gary Humiski and we had so much fun driving around in his car, always in 2nd gear to show off the power so we had to give him plenty of gas money. He was a good man and will be missed. I moved to the States in 1966 and lost touch with Brian and was shocked to see that he died at an early age. So sorry for this delay but I just found this out on the internet. - Posted by: Gary Soltess ( old friend) on: Nov 02, 2013
