BEN M. FIDLER In Loving Memory Mother's Day is near We rush to wire flowers Or send chocolates and perfume, Some shiny new jewels, Fancy gifts for her bedroom. But what does all that matter For those who are at a loss Huge heartache and pain What does emptiness cost. Children losing mothers yearn for lost love and caresses and try to carry on Until the agony passes. Mother's losing children are no less in their sorrow We smile and carry on though there seems like no tomorrow. Lets stop and cherish now those that we hold dear With love which money can't buy. As one day you never know They just might not be here. Love Mom, Dad and family.
