JOSEPH MOROZ Peacefully on May 13, 2010, Joseph Moroz, beloved husband of Helen, passed away at Seven Oaks General Hospital. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Helen; his children, Lorne (Jane), Brian (Darlene) and Karen (Don); his grandchildren, Blair (Karen), Jennifer and Derek; his great-grandchildren, Ethan and Jayden; sister Helen (Bill); brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Ignace and Barbara and his three sisters, Mary, Anne and Elsie. Joseph was born in Whitemouth, Manitoba and moved to Winnipeg at an early age. He worked at Paulin Chambers for 44 years and there he met the love of his life, Helen. They were married for 54 years. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, vacations, fishing and his time spent at the lake. He took great pleasure in helping/supervising his family and friends in numerous projects. Dad's greatest joy was his family, whom he loved dearly. Family meant everything to him and he looked forward to any occasion where he would be surrounded by family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff for their compassion and care on Unit 7, 5th floor at Seven Oaks General Hospital. A celebration of Joe's life will take place on Tuesday, May 18 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street. Viewing will take place prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, CancerCare Manitoba or a charity of one's choice. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111
