CHRISTINE (HAUFF) SUDAK July 22, 1922 May 12, 2010 Goodbye sweet prairie girl, most beloved aunt, so beautiful, so kind, so full of love and life. Words and tears cannot express the full extent and pain of our loss. With sad hearts, Christine's family announces the passing of a very special and well-loved aunt. Left to mourn the loss of her sweet and gentle presence are nephews, Gordon Diakow and Tim Hauff; nieces, Joyce (Diakow) Rust, Sandra (Hauff) Pember, Karen (Hauff) Loney and Elaine (Hauff) Bell; as well as her faithful and loving friend Ann Oystryk. Christine was born on the farm in the semi-arid steppe regions near Central Butte, Saskatchewan. She was kind, sweet and gentle, and absolutely loved by all who knew her. Although the Lord has now called her, to her home in heaven, she was and will continue to be an inspiration to her nieces and nephews. Christine was predeceased by her husband Bill, mother Bertha, father Gottlieb, younger brother Daniel and his wife Edith. The family would like to extend their most sincere gratitude and appreciation to the healthcare workers at Parkview Place, whom lovingly gave of themselves to ensure her comfort and care during the past six years. We would especially like to thank Ali, Val, social worker Jeff and the Recreational Staff. Ali you showered love upon Auntie Chrissie easing her mind, her body, and her soul during these final years. We are eternally grateful. The funeral service will be held at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 20, 2010. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
