LENORE CAMERON Peacefully with family at her side, Lenore Cameron passed away on June 1, 2010 at Misericordia Hospital. Lenore was predeceased by her mother Anne Smith; sister Betty Paterson and her son Rick Cameron in 1995. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Jim; her daughter Barbara Simons (Joshua) of Potomac, MD USA; her grandchildren, Scott, Katie, Laura and Savannah. She is also survived by her two nephews David and Danny and two nieces Leeanne and Lisa. Lenore worked for Eaton's in the cosmetics department for many years retiring in 1991. She volunteered much of her time working at the Victoria General Hospital Gift Shop. Lenore had a great love for animals; she enjoyed golfing and playing bridge with her friends. May she rest in peace with her Mum, her sister Betty and son Rick. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service celebrating Lenore's life will be held on Thursday, June 3 at 7:00 p.m. in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald St. In lieu of flowers if friends so desire, donations in Lenore's memory may be made to The Salvation Army, PO Box 1932, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3R2.
