FELY GOROSPE GANADEN December 28, 1924 June 8, 2010 It is with immense sorrow that we announce the passing of our loving mother, wife, sister, grandma, aunt and friend on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 peacefully at her home at the age of 83. Fely, a loving wife of Alfredo Daco Ganaden; mother of Zeny (David) Bjornson, Gerry (Susie) Ganaden, Ric (Gloria) Ganaden, Freddie (Alma) Ganaden, Rey (Liz) Ganaden, Ben (Lisa) Ganaden; grandmother of Bobby, Bernadete, Valerie, Paul, Saccha, Rachel, Chelsea, Jessica, Chase, Capri and Jericho; sister Leonor Abalos; numerous nieces and nephews in the Philippines. Fely was predeceased by her parents Antonio and Leonora Gorospe; brother Eduardo Gorospe; son Jose and daughter Evelyn Navarro and grandson Nino Ganaden. Fely was known to be generous, kind hearted, thoughtful and a very strong minded woman, who battled almost ten years of dialysis treatment going three times a week. One of her greatest past times was meeting her fellow Filipina friends to share their lifetime stories at Garden City every Wednesday and Friday. She was known as their spokeswoman. She enjoyed visiting with her grandchildren and watching them grow. She will live on in our hearts, our minds, and in our stories always. The family invites friends and relatives to attend the viewing or Lamay will be held at the Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul on Monday, June 14 between 6:00 p.m. 12 midnight. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 15 at 10:00 a.m. St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin with Monsignor Enrique Samson Jr as celebrant. Burial (interment) will follow right after the Mass at the Glen Eden Cemetery, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul. Glen Eden Funeral Home 338-7111
