KEN STODGELL February 17, 1948 - June 12, 2010 It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Ken, peacefully in his sleep. Ken is survived by his two sons: Kevin (Erin) and grandchildren Matt and Kassandra; Ryan; his mother Kathleen; brothers Doug (Sandy), Keith; sisters Sherry (Wayne) and Joy, and many nieces, nephews, friends and family. Ken was an avid outdoorsman and had a great love of nature and all animals. He loved spending time at the family farm and going for walks or tinkering in the garage. He also loved his crosswords and reading. Ken had been ill for awhile, but always seemed to make the best of things. We're appreciative of the many friends he made at his block and could be seen having coffee outside and spending time in his garden. Special thanks to Jack, and to Dr. Poon for his care and understanding. Ken was a kind man with a huge heart who loved his family dearly. He will be missed by all. Ken you are now at rest and free from pain. Love your family. At his request, cremation has taken place and a ceremony will follow with immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
