MRS. LORRAINE LAWSON We had a mom with a heart of gold, Who was more to us than wealth untold; Without farewell she fell asleep, With only memories for us to keep. On June 22, 2010, Lorraine Lawson of Athabasca, Alberta, passed away at the age of 70 years. Lorraine is survived by her loving husband, Terry Lawson; three sons, three daughters and 18 grandchildren: Richard and Maureen and children, Jillian, Jodelle, Rylan, Taron; Richmond and Jody and children, Jason, Nikita, Jorden, Jessie, Randee; Kim and Tim and children, Taggart, Levi, Jane; Debbie and Graham and children, Zander, Mia, Lucas; Robbie and Trevor and children, Shelby and Kora, all of Manitoba; Bradley and Katrina and children, Quinton, Haden, Degan of Westlock, AB; five brothers and two sisters: Albert (Cecile), Pete (Simone), Dianna (Julien), Estelle, Martial (Helene), Ray (Renae), Gilles (Gisele), all of Manitoba; numerous nieces and nephews. Lorraine was predeceased by her parents Romeo and Rosilia, brothers: Paul, Art, Larry; and sister, Terrie. A Celebration of Lorraine's life will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the St. Malo Church basement, St. Malo, Manitoba. Cremation has taken place.
