AUDREY KOCH After a brief illness, and surrounded by the love of family and friends, Audrey Koch passed away June 25, 2010, at the age of 71. Audrey leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved daughter Jodyne Koch (Albert Harper), brother-in-law Jack Trueman, and her three nephews and their families. Also left to mourn her loss are her numerous friends, too many to name individually. She was predeceased by her parents Bill and Miriam Mayfield, and her sister Miriam Trueman. Audrey's number of friends is endless. She was a mom or sister to many adults, and auntie to many children. It was very common for Audrey to bring home anyone whose parents lived a distance away and make them her kids. Audrey always welcomed everyone to her home, any hour of the day or any day of the week. She was a very independent, strong-willed, and determined woman. Audrey will be remembered by many for her generosity, kindness, and hospitality. Special thanks to the Harper family for their prayers, love, and support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of one's choice. Cremation has taken place and a small graveside service is planned for 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Green Acres Funeral Home and Cemetery. Forever in our hearts ... rest in peace Mom!
