CLAIRE ALBERTA CORDINGLEY (nee MATHIAS) Peacefully at home on Friday, June 25, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. Claire was born November 19, 1928 in Winnipeg. She married the love of her life Les, June 14, 1948. They had 62 years together before he passed away November 3, 2009. Their parting was difficult for her, but thankfully short. Claire was predeceased by her parents and brother Bob. Mom will be lovingly remembered by her son Brian (Carol), her daughter Jo-Anne (Blair), her grandchildren, Scott (Amanda), Jennifer (Stan), Chrissy (Sheldon), Keith and Kenneth, eight great-grandchildren, brother Jim (Connie) as well as many relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the WRHA Palliative Care Program for their kindness and support. A memorial service and reception will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue.
