Jim's love of hunting and the outdoors began while a young man. Jim was the classic salesman in his career; he never forgot a name or a face and always had a story to tell. B.J. had an outgoing personality and developed many friendships. In 1991, Jim moved to Kenora to open his own fine dining restaurant, Knickers.
